As personal referrals are therefore such a valuable commodity to us, we at McDonnell Associates are prepared to reward any of our existing candidates or contacts for referring people who could be suitable candidates for other vacancies we are handling.

If you inform us of associates/friends who you feel have the experience and credentials we would be interested in, upon successfully placing these candidates with one of our clients we will pay you £300 in cash (payment is made after the candidate has completed a 3 month probationary period) for every referred candidate placed.
