OFFICE SUPPORT DIVISIONAL LEADER - MEDIA SECTOR

Salary open to £45k, OTE uncapped

This award winning recruitment consultancy has been established for over twenty years and is the market leader within the music/media industry.  They are now looking to add to their team of 20 and are focusing on growing the media temp & perm office support/secretarial team.   They are now looking to appoint a Manager to oversee this thriving, very well estabslished team and drive the business forward.


This is a 75% hands-off/25% hands-on role.  You will be expected to lead from the front and will be in control of target setting, training and motivating a team of experienced consultants.  In addition to this you will be the face onf the organisation and to that end will be expected to develop the client base and attend industry events and wine and dine existing clients.  The rewards are high and the culture is hardworking, but relaxed.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEMPORARIES CONSULTANT (INVESTMENT BANKING)

Are you fed up with the endless cold calling required in recruitment?   Do you enjoy your job as a Consultant, but hate the cold business development aspect of it? Would you like to have a permanently busy desk to run and one client to service?

This worldwide recruitment brand are looking for a Consultant to join their Managed Services Division. You will need a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, preferably within the banking sector (although this is not essential).  YOu will be required to 'hit the ground running.' The desk takes on average 250 temps roles per month and you would be required to assist in placing at least a third of these vacancies ranging from junior data entry clerks to experienced ops and finance staff.

This is a growing division and our client is looking for someone who can lead, motivate, drive the business forward and work remotely. There will be at least one resourcer assigned to you to manage and full admin support and autonomy in the role.

The fincancial remuneration for this role is excellent and compromises a salary and bonus paid on jobs filled.
