FREELANCE/CONTRACTS CONSULTANT - PR - HOT DESK

Salary to £32k, fantastic commission structure

My client is one of the UKs leading recruitment firms supplying to the public relations and communications sector. This is an award winning consultancy, named best consultancy of the year within their market sector by The Recruiter, they have helped literally thousands of PR professionals take their next step up the career ladder.

Located in the heart of London’s West End in very funky offices, my client understands the specific requirements of PR firms - which is why they have a base of PSL clients including the biggest and best names within the PR market place.

They are seeking an experienced temps/contracts consultant (any market sector) to join their dynamic team.

This role would be ideal for a current Temps Controller or an individual who loves multitasking. The successful candidate will have the desire to make a name for his or herself in an exciting niche sector representing and placing freelance PR professionals into PR agencies and in-house departments.

The remit will be to maintain and build the current desk and develop an individual reputation of being a key port of call for all freelancers within the PR industry. Knowledge of PR is not essential but an interest in media would be an advantage.

You would be joining an upbeat, lively team of individuals who are incredibly passionate about their brand.

Remuneration is strong, both on salary and commission and there is a strong, existing base of clients and freelance temps to inherit.

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - PR

Salary to £32k, OTE £60k

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT/ACCOUNT MANAGER - PR, MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS

Salary open, to £31k (pro rata -based on a 4 day week), very strong commission, benefits package and annual bonus

SENIOR PR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Salary to £32k, OTE £60k

This recruitment consultancy is one of the leading recruiters into the PR market place.  They are very well established and have an incredibly strong brand.  This is a rare opportunity to account manage an enormously profitable desk which is making approx £17k in revenue each month.  You would be recruiting Account Directors and CEO's through to a large database of PSL clients.

The rewards are incredibly high, in addition to a £30k base salary you can expect to earn approx £30 per annum in commission. You will need to be a credible consultant with the gravitas to deal at this level of recruitment.  You will need to have a proven track record in recruitment and experience within the PR field would be an advantage.

JUNIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT -PR (Hot desk)

Salary £20-£23k + monthly and quarterly commission structure

An exciting new role has come up at a leading, boutique PR Consultancy based in Soho.  This Consultancy has been established as a leading PR/Advertising recruitment agency for many, many years and recently won first prize in their category at the Recruiter Awards.

They have a passionate, driven, capable team of consultants, who work, hand in hand, promoting the brand and truly believe and enjoy in what they do.  The set up is rather unusual in that the team all recruit through to the same, shared client base, splitting their desk in order of salary banding and roles. This means that the clients are incredibly well established and red hot.  The role is to take over a highly lucrative, existing desk, focussing on placing Graduates to Account Executive level PR Candidates.  The desk has been established for over seven years and is one of the only recruitment desks that specialise at this level within the entire UK PR market.

The role has become vacant due to expansion within the team and the current consultant that works on this desk is moving up to specialise on the middle management desk, therefore there will be a strong handover for the new recruit. The role boasts around 50 live roles minimum and is very busy.  As this is the junior level, the average salary is around £20K; the current consultant averages revenue of around 14K per month.  This is a really fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to move into PR recruitment from another sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, ideally from a high street agency, and will be looking to specialise. Once on board, the new hire will have fantastic support from fellow consultants and instantly become a significant figure within a leading media recruitment brand. Salary around 20K – 23K + monthly and quarterly commission structure.
