TEMPORARIES CONSULTANTS x 2, hot desks

Salary £24,000 to 28,000

This is a great opportunity to join a very strong brand specialising in multilingual recruitment.

My client is looking to recruit 2 T/C's on to a busy desk. There are existing client relationships to develop across all sectors including investment banks, financial institutions and commerce and industry clients.

The roles on this division cover everything from translators through to finance, hr, sales, customer service, secretarial and managerial positions.

The culture within this organisation is almost unique within recruitment. It is not a targeted environment, the consultants have complete autonomy to run their desks as they see fit.  It is a non competitive, laid back, non aggressive culture.  A real team spirit prevails. RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS TEMPORARY/PERMANENT

Salary £22000 - £28000

This leading multilingual consultancy is looking to hire 4 consultants to add to their team of 20. They are experiencing an extremely buoyant market and they cannot keep up with the demand! Opportunities exist on either the temp or perm desks and there are hundreds of warm leads to work from.  There is an incredibly strong team focus, a laid back, jovial, working environment and the opportunity to earn substantially well.

Are you craving some variety within your recruitment role? Would you like to be responsible for recruiting for companies with an international focus, across all functions, from HR to secretarial, sales to translation roles. Are you fed up of working to sales targets? Well this consultancy offers a mature working environment, free from targets.  Full autonomy is given to build and grow your desk as you please and you do not need to be bilingual to work there!

You will need either a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience and proven success within this time, or a minimum of 6 months business to business sales experience.  Knowledge of a second language is not required, however, an interest in other cultures/nationalities is!
