Client Relationship Manager - Legal Consultancy

Competitive salary up to £50k, plus end of year bonus

This legal consultancy has won the recruiter award for legal consultancy of the year twice and are considered to the leading player within their market.

Their client list includes the top 100 law firms and they recruit everything from fee earning solicitors, through to finance, hr and secretarial/support staff.

They are looking to appoint a client relationship manager in order to improve service levels to their client base. The role will be entirely client and non delivery focussed and will not encompass virtually any business development either, as the clients are already very much on board.

This role is perfect for a consultant/manager who loves working within recruitment, but perhaps has grown tired of the delivery aspect of their role and is looking to stay within the industry, but take on a different type of challenge.

You will need to have proven, first class customer care skills. This will include having the foresight to streamline processes within clients, liaise heavily internally with managers/consultants - encouraging sharing of information and cross selling within the teams and make improvements generally within the client base, increasing service quality, by setting up service level agreements where necessary.

The role will not encompass any targets at all, there will be no measure in place and therefore no bonus/commission attached to it either, however, there will be a highly competitive basic salary on offer and an end of year bonus based on annual activity and results.

You would join a fun, upbeat, passionate team of strong individuals who take ownership for what they do and work in a mature, autonomous environment. The working hours are 9-5.30pm.

You do not need to necessarily come from a legal recruitment background and the other side of this consultancy deals in banking recruitment, so you would work across both client bases. My client is looking for someone who can liaise at all levels, is articulate and polished enough to work with magic circle law firms and investment banks, someone with the charisma and gravitas to engage and be effective within this role.

HR Recruitment Consultant

This is a great opportunity to join a hugely successful, growing HR Recruitment team.  This division is still in it's infancy since setting up just 18 months ago, however, they benefit from being part of one of the most dynamic, progressive, successful Consultancies in the City.  The brand is already a market leader within the secretarial and financial sectors.  The HR division was initially set up in order to meet with their exisitng clients demands and now consists of 4 people, looking to grow to 10 people by the end of next year.

This role would suit a Consultant with approx 2-3 years experience, with or without HR recruitment experience.  There are a mix of 'hot' clients to hand over, many of which a large, blue chip organisations spanning across several sectors, including everything from investment banks through to media/advertising companies.   In addition to this you will be required to develop 'new' relationships by cross selling the HR function through to existing data base clients.

 You will need to be charismatic, bright, mature and be credible enough to enable you to interview and manage senior, Director level HR candidates, salary bandings £40-£70k.

HR Recruitment Consultant/Team Leader

RECRUITMENT / HR MANAGER - LEGAL

Salary circa £30k-£40k, plus bonuses & benefits package

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced consultant to make the transition across into an internal recruitment role.

This, well established, strong brand within legal support recruitment is looking to double it's team of 20 consultants by the end of the year and then to grow to 80 by the end of 2007.
They are now looking for a Recruitment Manager to come on board to initiate this growth plan and to co-ordinate and facilitate these hires.

This will involve running a recruitment campaign in order to attract everything from graduate trainees, through to senior level experienced consultants. Running effective advertising campaigns, co-ordinating ad responses, running assessement centres and conducting 1st round interviews. In addition to this you would also need to appoint and manage the recruitemnt to recruitment agencies supplying more experienced consultants to the business.

This is a busy, involved role with huge potential to progress to head up the HR division as the business grows in size and it becomes necessary to recruit an HR team beneath you.

You will need to have been a successful recruiter yourself and possess the gravitas and credibility necessary in order to gain the 'buy in' from your candidate base. You will need to be highly organised and have the ability to work independently.

The earnings potential is highly competitive, salary is circa £30-40k, bonuses are payable on successful placements.
