MANAGER Banking Ops Team

TEMPORARIES RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (INVESTMENT BANKING)

Salary competitive, OTE £60k +

Are you fed up with the endless cold calling required in recruitment?  Do you enjoy your job as a Consultant, but hate the cold business development aspect of it?  Would you like to have a permanently busy desk to run and one client to service?

This worldwide recruitment brand are looking for a Consultant to join their Managed Services Division.  You will need a minimum of 2 years experience within banking recruitment in order to hit the ground running.  The desk takes on average 250 temps roles per month and you would be required to assist in placing at least a third of these vacancies ranging from junior data entry clerks to experienced ops and finance staff. 

This is a growing division and my client is looking for someone who can lead, motivate, drive the business forward and work remotely. There will be at least one resourcer assigned to you to manage and full admin support and autonomy in the role.

The fincancial remuneration for this role is excellent and compromises a salary and bonus paid on jobs filled.
