RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS (London)

Salary £30-£36,000, plus strong commission/bonus (OTE £70,000)

Would you like to be part of one of the worlds largest, most successful medical recruitment brands?  This organisation has been established since 1992 and is the No1 supplier of doctors throughout the UK.    They have grown both organically and acquisitionally and continue to do so.  They also have a strong nursing division and a thriving international team which focus on bringing in doctors and nurses from other countries around the world.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Allied Heath Professional recruiter to come on board and set up a new desk/division.  Historically, the company have recruited Allied Health Professionals across all areas and worked with the NHS throughout the UK, as well as still running several contracts in the Middle East.  However, due to a lack of resources, they have do not have a dedicated consultant focusing on this lucrative area currently and therefore wish to appoint someone to start at the beginning of April 2009.

You would be part of the international team, bringing in Allied Health Professional candidates from across the world, including Therapists, Scientists and Imaging Staff and placing them into permanent roles into UK clients.  The clients are already there and it will simply be a case of reactivating the client base and picking up the minimal existing business there and maximising on it.

You would join a team of 10 on the international division and work within state of the art, sexy offices in Covent Garden.  There are 30-40 in the team in total at that location and 300-300 plus across the offices worldwide in Australia and New Zealand.

The salary on offer is up to £36k and it is possible to double your salary through commission on hitting targets.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MEDICAL (London and Ilford)

Salary £30-40,000 per annum, plus bonuses

My client is a huge multinational organisation, a leader across all areas of the medical sector.    They currently recruit  for perm roles within the medical market in the UK, USA, Australia and Middle East and are in then process of opening New York and Sydney branches.

They are looking to recruit Business Development Managers into their West End and Ilford branches.

This highly successful organisation, turned over 170m last year and is officially the largest UK specialist health care agency listed on the Aim index.  The CEO has won the Aim index entrepreneur of the year in 2007 and 2008. 

Do you have medical sector recruitment experience?  Are you looking for a different spin on the usual recruitment role and perhaps a step up, but you don't want to manage people?  Or are you an experienced BDM working within another recruitment sector, but perhaps looking for a change?

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - EDUCATION (Hot desk, City, London)

Salary £26,000 - £35,000, plus commission, OTE as high as £100,00


This education brand is part of a market leading, award wining recruitment group that is incredibly well respected within the recruitment industry. 

There is a red hot desk on offer - currently running on 127 teaching days out, the desk is paying out £1600 per month in commission as we speak.  The consultant recruited to run nd grow this desk will be entitled to that commission as from day 1 in the role.  The desk focusses on the recruiting primary teachers to schools in North London.

The education recruitment team is currently 13 consultants, plus support staff. There are two other recruitment brands within the group and all are housed in modern, state of the art offices in the City, approx 60 staff in total.

This growing team was established 6 years ago and has gone from strength to strength ever since. Many of the individuals have worked within the organisation from the initial set up and earn as much as £100,000 per annum including commission. They focus on placing primary and secondary teachers into north and south London schools.

At present there are 10 consultants on the primary division recruiting through to schools in both North and South London and 3 consultants recruiting secondary teachers to schools in North and South London.

This organisation also offer unrivalled salaries too, far higher than any competition in the market place......they will pay whatever they need to in order to attract high calibre, experienced individuals to the team and anywhere into the late £30k's is possible.

The commission structure on offer is based on revenue and is payed monthly;

£0-2.5k revenue = £0 bonus paid
£2.5k revenue + = 10% uncapped

The hours of work during term time are 7am to 4.30pm, however, for 13 weeks of the year (during school holidays) they do reduced hours of 9-3.30pm and they offer 25 days holiday.

The set up is strong with regards to candidate flow, with offices overseas to bring in teachers from abroad.

The culture is hardworking but lots of fun! The three brands are all based in a large open plan office, so it is a busy, buzzy environment, lots of big personalities and banter! They are hugely social and it is very much a work hard, play hard organisation.

It's an exciting opportunity as they are a growing organisation who hope to have a team of 20 by October next year, so great career prospects too. They have a laid back approach and like to hire consultants that are able to self manage and do not need hand holding or KPI's in order to be a success. TEMPORARIES CONSULTANTS X 3 - PUBLIC SECTOR (Hot desk, Ealing)

Salary from £22,000 - £27,550, lucrative commission structure, heathcare, pension, profit share, OTE £32k minimum year 1.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, EDUCATION, SE LONDON

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS X 2, PUBLIC SECTOR (Account Managers -Temp/Perm)

Salary £31k-£35k, no commission or bonus payable except for profit share annually.  OTE £34/38k

A very well-established Public Sector orientated boutique Recruitment Consultancy, is looking for both a perm and temps consultant to join it's team.

The client base covers charities through to educational establishments, and the role is entirely account management - there is no business development involved at all, this is purely a servicing role. My client has long standing, close relationships with their clients and the service that they aim to provide is an extension of their clients HR Divisions.

They are looking for a experienced consultants with integrity and professionalism and an interest in the Charity sector. You must be delivery focused and have an extremely strong service ethic.  This is an Account Management role and is not commission based, although there is profit share payable at the end of the year.  This role would suit a consultant who is no longer interested in the sales aspect of recruitment.

There is also a possibility for the perm role to devleop into a team leader position fairly quickly (OTE £32/34K).
